Scrimping on your food bill comes from a scarcity mindset! So re-evaluate your budget to prioritise this most vital activity!
Eating smaller quality portions compensates over quantity all the time! Food is one of the top priorities in your life, so buy the best!
Or better still, grow your own, even if you don't have a garden, you can grow something!
Herbs, tomatoes in pots, beans or vine fruits trained up a wall, indoor citrus trees.
Or if you really don't have the space, sprout super seeds and grains until they make 'grass'!
This will fill you, nourish your brain with live-giving nutrients and give you masses of energy to be more productive!

No packets on the table – plastic packaging is ugly, as are bulky sauce bottles. Put sauces or seasonings in little bowls.
Food looks so much lovelier when it is garnished with herbs, flowers, spices or sprinkles of complimentary things like seeds, beansprouts.
Choose your crockery and cutlery with care. Tableware can be high art! Whatever your taste, your can bring personality and style to your table.
This is something you can practise and perfect!
Even if it just a beautiful table set with candles, flowers and napkins.
Food tastes better when table art is a ritual that honours your body and company. When ritual is honoured, we tend to linger over the pleasures of the meal and savour the sensations instead of wolfing it down!
Warm your plates and make sure the lighting is good.
Put on music that invokes an atmosphere that makes you happy. Switch off any other devices, including mobiles!!!!
